Launceston Memory Café.

Launceston Memory Café provides an opportunity for people with memory problems and for those who care for someone with memory problems to drop in for a chat and a coffee. It’s held fortnightly on Saturday between 2pm and 4pm Launceston Methodist Church, Dingley Hall, Launceston.

The café provides a relaxed atmosphere for people to talk and share their experiences, which can help to reduce anxieties and the isolation that is often felt when faced with memory problems. People can find out more about issues related to memory, get practical advice and support and talk with professionals about their concerns.

It is free of charge – although donations are always gratefully received.
